why won't my 97 prelude go over about 120?

maybe he lives way out in the country where nobody else is? Or he could live near a desert where there are plenty of open roads and area to max out...

Those are basically desserted public roads that can't do any harm, except to yourself haha.

basically... because u dont need to be driving like a dumbass, when ur ECU senses that u are driving like a dumbass it sends a signal to the injectors that tell them to stop sending so much gas or else it'll hafta hear a buncha whining from ur engine on how sore it is for the next couple days
