Default Headers & Exhaust Sizing Question

i have a 99 prelude which im looking into doing a lot of mods too and eventually turboing but i want to get my air takin care of now so i was looking at headers and wondering i should go with 2.5 header size to 3inch or 3.5 exhaust sz if this is a good set up please let me know if not give me your suggestions... BTW IM GETTIN GREDDY TI-C EXHAUST

It would be much nicer to explain to him that when turboing a car you need an exhaust manifold for the turbo, so buying a header now would be redundant.

Also the header is not plural unless its a V6 or V8
