Default Alphawerks header?

I am looking at getting a header for my D15. I can get a Alphawerks header for a good price. The thing that bugs me about it is that all the pipes going into a collector then into a down pipe. I was wondering if this is an alright design? Would the header be better than the stock manifold? Thanks.

Because of performance, or do they leak more?

Another option I am thinking about is a E Bay header. Are they any good? Or garbage? I did try searching but didn't find anything.
Thanks
