Default Header and pulley problem

I'm installing my new header and I couldn't get to the nut on the exhaust manifold that lies right beneeth the power steering pump. Its all the way to the bottow right. I ended up stripping it and now I cant get it off. Any ideas. I have a new nut for it though. Also, Is there and easier way to get the crank pulley nut off. Its as if you must be the incredible hulk to get that biotch loose. Oh yea, and do I need to lower my alternator? If so, how? (The bolt are hard to get to)

the only way to take off that crank pulley bolt w/o the honda tool is with an air gun. your not gonna get it off any other way.
