header/exhause rattle???
The other night i installed a high flow cat (Ractive, very cheap
) and ever since then ive had a rattle towards higher rpms. The rattle comes from the cat/ header area but i cant pin point it. Its a 96 si w/ dc header and stock exhaust.

Also, make sure that the bracket that mounts the header to the block is secure tightly and check to make sure it isn't cracked.
