For the last 3 days my car has been hesitating mostly in first gear.I just did a tune up about a month ago the only thing i didn't do was the fuel filter could that be the problem or something else.It happens in all gears mostly first when i'm taking off it just hesitates then takes off.

does it jump or just hesitate? If it was the fuel filter, it should happen in all gears. If the car jumps(like it has no power) it could be the fuel pump. Check your fuel pressure.
