If you unplug the IACV does the idle change? Is this a stock throttle body or aftermarket? Have you tried changing the idle set screw with the IACV unplugged and the 2-pin CEL connector jumped?

Ok another update...

So i brought the car down to DEX from

St anns auto
2195 New England Thruway
Bronx NY 10475
718-882-8686

He look at the car and in less then 15m he found the problem. problem was that the Intake manifold didnt have a gasket, and the bolt thats in the middle from underneath came loose enough to creat the small leak.

place order for a new gasket at the honda dealer, so hopefully this time it would get fix...

You should've gotten a Heat Insulator IM gasket; reusable. J/K! OEM is more than fine.

So at the end of this long, big headaches, time and money spend My problem was something simple and could of been avoided if I would done the swap my self but I bought the car with the swap already installed. Look clean but there was hidden problems and this cause a lot of headaches. But I’m glad after its better now but my pocket does hurt ($1,500 just bull **** parts that I didn’t need)

1st My biggest problem was electrical where incorrect wires where use to do the relocation of the battery and fuse box. Witch created all my sensor/ ECM to go crazy. After re wiring the battery with the correct wire and installing all the grounds to the right place with the correct bolts. My check engine light went away motor ran and sound better. My battery drainage also stop battery now holds the charge and it starts right away.

2nd problem was that when they did the swap they forgot to install couple gaskets, O ring on map sensor, IAC and FITV gaskets where also worn out, and the MAIN Important one the Intake manifold gasket was not install : / so after replacing these gasket Idle went down but it was way to low. So coolant was bled and it help but not enough after playing around with the idle screw on the throttle body I got it to be back on track. and now the car runs and drives Great !! !!

NEW parts list:

TPS
map
knock sensor
3 different throttle bodies
2 IAC
2 FITV
Gaskets
brake cleaner
TIME !!
wire
connectors
battery
ECM p06 chiped
step down harness
