Default misfire and idle problem, please help

okay my car is a 00 honda civic ex, stock motor,i/e. Thats all.
It first started with the check engine light, so i hooked up the scanner and the code was P0505 and P0301.From what i understans code P0505 is idle speed control system,i tried finding the problem but have found nothing.I replaced the throttle body and IACV already. And the code still comes on after driving it for a while. Also code P0301 says Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected. What can i do too get rid of this problem.
Last thing i want to hear is replace motor lol..
so any help will be appreciated.
thanks H-T

have you checked the wire for cyl 1, or the coil pack. Doesnt that year have a coil pack for each cyl?

Start there.

Check if its firing first. Start cheap, spark plugs and wires then move to the dizzy. Try cleaning out all the connectors to the iacv and tb sensor with electrical connector cleaner. Also check those connections at the ecu.

thats possible, also, trying swithcing number one and number plug wires, and see if the problem follows the wire.

And unplug the wire one by one while the car is running, and see if one doesnt make a difference.

Duh, Is it running like complete crap, skipping every other revolution or just skipping every once and a while? Your misfire may be a symptom from the 505 but I doubt it, I think it just detected a brief interruption not a complete malfunction. Have you cleared the codes and checked it out?
