Default h22a1 block building help

i'm planning to put in new pistons, rods, and a crankshaft in my block with sleeves. still debating between benson sleeves and darton MID sleeves. which one is better. i'm planning to go with 89mm cp n/a pistons for $642 at pocketrocket. i want to get a f23 crankshaft because it has a 97mm stroke but is there a way to get my mains to 55mm to go with it? if not, i'll have to go with the h23 crankshaft. i still need some help with which rod to get for the above applications. what do i do to choose the compresion ratio i want? thinking about 12.0:1. this is for all motor street use. please advise. thanks.
