only thing is that they are bigger so if you need more fuel which you don't according to your mods so i wouldn't bother

depends on what year the h22 motor is, the obd1 have 345 and the h23 have 345, the newer obd 2 has 290

I always thought the h23 had the 240s and the h22 had the 345 due to VTEC..?

he made a typo,
the h23 has 240s
the obd1 h22 has 345s
and the h22a4 had 290s

to answer the question: there is no point in upgrading your injectors unless you have an after market fuel managment system , or some other way to indicate that you are almost maxing out your stock 240s due to your moddifications.

if you are all motor and have increased hp enough then with some type of fuel managment and wide band o2 tuning you could upgrade your injectors to the obd1 345s or remove the resistor pack and add obd2 injeector clips and use the 290s

There should be a number imprinted on the injectors stating how many CC's they are. Just match the numbers up top and you'll find out

No the injectors look basically the same. They should fit the same as well.

*sigh* I know I posted this before but I suppose that it can't hurt to do it again:

Each injector is OBD1. On the left is the 345cc/min H22A injector with green tip and blue paint. On the right side is the 235cc/min H23A injector with clear-ish tan tip and white paint.
