the h23 has 240s
the obd1 h22 has 345s
and the h22a4 had 290s
to answer the question: there is no point in upgrading your injectors unless you have an after market fuel managment system , or some other way to indicate that you are almost maxing out your stock 240s due to your moddifications.
if you are all motor and have increased hp enough then with some type of fuel managment and wide band o2 tuning you could upgrade your injectors to the obd1 345s or remove the resistor pack and add obd2 injeector clips and use the 290s

No the injectors look basically the same. They should fit the same as well.

*sigh* I know I posted this before but I suppose that it can't hurt to do it again:
Each injector is OBD1. On the left is the 345cc/min H22A injector with green tip and blue paint. On the right side is the 235cc/min H23A injector with clear-ish tan tip and white paint.
