Default h22 Engine loose.. ? for ya

Ok, what would you guys do. I ordered energy suspension inserts, (on the way still) To hopefully sove my problem. When I put the clutch in while excelorating, I can feel and hear my motor go clunk. When I pop the hood and push on the motor it barely moves, but it is a little loose. I took it to a shop to confirm that it was the mounts and to see whats wrong.

They tolf me the mounts aren't broken, just a little worn. ? And that the inserts were about gone. So my question is... do you think the inserts will fix this problem, or do I need new mounts for sure? Also is there anyway to make my stock mounts tighter if the inserts still fail? I have been looking for mounts, but I really don't have the ca$h right now Thanks

Oh and yes they are stock F23 mounts, but I know plenty of guys that say theirs work perfect, so yeah

You will probably get some crazy dsh vibration if you install both fron and rear inserts. If the rear is still good I would just install the front one.

hmmm. I got all 4 mounts. I could care less about a little dash vibration, as long as I can actually launch the car again and not feel like something is gonna break every time i shift or put the clutch in.

so you really think I won't need new mounts? that makes me kinda happy.
