Inserts arent a big deal, mounts will give you a little of a shake but nothing big. </TD></TR></TABLE>
if the car is new and brand new mount correct
unlike mine, where my mounts were shot to ****, i slapped on ES inserts for a temp. solution and it rattled the **** out of my dash during idel but very smooth in driving.
also eliminated wheel hop as i had a tremendous amount and now my tires either grip or spin, no bunny **** anymore (yeah its easter time )
OP: If your putting a new motor in your car, did u have to upgrade the mounts? HAsport would be my first step. If not then inserts. but if u use new mounts, u dont need the inserts

i have all 3 of the es inserts. the rear, and the front lower two torque mounts. very nice solid feel and reduce wheel hop by a tremendous amount. dash and various things rattle to hell tho. but im a bit disappointed only after 7 months its much more softer then it used to be. but for 35 bucks you can complained!

Re: (CivicSiRX)
Hmm. Well $$ is a factor so I cant go the hasport route. The new engine is a '00 d16y8 w/15k miles replacing a 98 d16y7 with 150kmi and tremendous oil leak problems.
Currently, it seems that the culprit is the rear tranny mount. This is hard as **** to explain by typing but especially when going up a hill, it seems like the engine could be moving on its axis due to little revs bouncing back and forth. Only someone with this problem in the past will know what I'm talking about. I did a surprisingly good job explaining it though!
