Default Got a problem (failed emissions)

Hey, I've got an 89 prelude with stock exhaust and a catco replacement CAT.

My car passed last year but just bairly so I got a new catco cat for this year because the old stock one had 220K miles on it and I figured that it was on it's way out. This year it failed bad. I got new bosh O2 sensors last year, I hope they didn't die yet. Anyone know where I should start?

I really can't understand why it would be so bad, the car runs great, no CEL, no hint that anything isn't working corectly.

Here is a pic I took of the printout, it tested way over on all the limits

Thanks for any help everyone

put a restrictive, stock cat on there till you pass. then replace it with the catco.

its your cat, my girls car had a catco on it when we bought it. it was supposed to be 1 year old, and it failed bad.

most mufflar shops will test them for free.

we put a stock one on that had like 150k on it, and we passed.

Two years ago I barely passed. Two weeks ago I passed by a huge margin! The only differences: a K&N replacement filter, and I've been driving it really really hard all this time. So, I suggest you flog the hell out of your car, and maybe it will run cleaner by your next smog test.

Try and clean out your throttle body and IM a little. If you have a FPR, you may want to try leaning out the fuel a little. I may have to do that w/my Vafc when I go in for my smog next year...

Thanks for the help guys. I'm thinking about just getting a random tech CAT. Anyone have experience with this or anyother high flow CAT that Will pass emissions?
