Does any one know what is causing this?
While you are pushing the car to red line about one out five times the rpm's stop at about 6500 and what seems to be the rev limiter kicks in. It doesn't do it all the time and it doesn't matter what gear you are in.
Anybody got any idea what this is all about??
The car is a 2000 SH in case it matters.

check your oil level

 

checked the oil level. It is at the full mark. Do you think it may be the VTEC Solenoid going bad??

Changed the VTEC Solenoid. No problem since then. Thanx for the suggestions. And a special thanx to you Madcatz
