Can i use aftermarket F23 rods with stock K20 pistons?

 

A quick Wikipedia search says a f and k series both have a 86mm bore.

Id just call a machine shop familiar with Hondas. Bisimoto or something.

Or you could get ahold of some service manuals and find the piston deck height and all that stuff.

I say they could be used just a matter of how much the piston pin has to be moved if at all. Also how much or if the tops of the pistons need to be milled down.

I can tell you recommended piston to head and piston to valve clearance are about .045 minimum.
