Fuel setup
Need help on my fuel setup, which lines run where and upgrading feed and return to AN. Going in tank fuel pump to in line filter to driver side -8 feed on the fuel rail (right side) to -6 passenger side for my return to aem fuel regulator and back to tank. Does this work?
Fuel rail [return (-6)] -======- [(-8) feed] straight through there are no top ports on this rail only for pressures gauge which will be blocked off to have gauge on aem regulator located on firewall.

Re: Fuel setup
You might be able to save some hassle, and use the stock feed pipe, as your return line. How large of a pump setup, what fuel, and how much power are you looking to support?

Re: Fuel setup
I have a walbro 450 high pressure in tank, gonna bounce from 100 octane to e85 every so often. Gonna go for atleast 500hp for now limited by the trans gonna go dog box later so rather upgrade everything now. I already have AN fittings and hoses so might as well do it now. Just need to find out which way to route this.

Re: Fuel setup
Seriously?
There are not many people who have upgraded the fuel system on a Prelude to that extent. The ones who have, have just come up with it as they went, or added a fuel cell in back or in the engine bay. On top of that, they have all moved on from this chassis to other cars, so getting any "information" is going to be basically impossible. Throw the car on a lift, and see where you have space.
What I suggested, by using the stock feed line as a return, has supported 640+ on E85, but it used an Aeromotive pump under the tank, feeding a line run up the drivers side...and it was 12+ years ago.

Re: Fuel setup
I enjoy the car and I don't get rid of my vehicles, everything under the hood is brand new and I like everything looking the part, I will be going past 640 down the line as well 500 is just starting point. All I'm asking is if that flow route I explained earlier will work. Check out the work so far if you got the time and if this allowed on here, if not I'll remove. Instagram Bb6_fiend.
Thanks man

Re: Fuel setup
Ok, I gotcha, the theory of the setup is correct, and your line size should be appropriate.
Unfortunately IG links aren't working on here, and I don't use it personally.
