fpr?
not sure if you can, but it's probably not the fpr causing your problems. When mine was doing that, I just took it to my mechanic, hooked up a fuel pressure gauge, and it read a healthy 35 psi. If you wanna check, go ahead; it's probably not worth the trouble, though.

Check the part numbers with the year on the page...some of the Civic's are the same part number

They say that because apparently when installing their fpr it will hit or rub something unless placed on their fuel rail which apparently cures the problem.
