What kind of relay is it? Maybe you wired it up wrong?

EDIT: Sorry I thought you meant you had wired in a new relay with it...

its the honda relay. i dont think i could have wired the relay up wrong, since its plug and play. as far as wiring the switch wrong, i know whichone connected to what. the orange went to the black. red/yellow to red/yellow. and the red/black to red/green

try going there....i got my relay from them and it works fine. the fogs only come on when the driving beam is on, when u high beam it turns off, when u turn the headlights off the fogs turn off also. im pretty sure thats how the stock ones suppose to work. i juat wish that theyd stay on when the parking lights are on instead of having to turn all the lights for them to work.

i already have the relay from honda, i dont need another one, i just need to make sure that this one is just deffective. when the switch if off, the fogs work perfect(turn on when the lights turn on, off when i turn the high beams on) but when i turn the switch on, it makes a bizzing sounds from the relay and the fogs stay on regardless is the high beams r on or not. also when the switch is off, the indicator light on the switch turns on by itself as soon as i turn on the lights. any ideas?

bump, can someone please answer my question instead of asking ur own?!? search it has been covered. apparently yes, but i dont know which ones work..

also, does the relay need to be grounded at all??(the bracket is metal and its supposed to mount to the cruise control unit bolt, so i didnt know if that was coincidence, or its a ground)

the relay is a direct plug in to the harness, no need to ground

what about the switch? did i do that correctly? the 3 color wire3 on the stock harness were orange, red/yellow, and red/green. the switch had black, red/yellow, and red/black. i connected black to orange, red/yellow to red/yellow, and red/green to red/black. is that right?? its the JDM switch and i have a 96

this is what i've experienced. mine buzzed when the high beams/fogs were "on" and high beams "on"/fogs "off", also with the switch "off" for both, but not when lows/fogs were "on". i changed the indicator light(burnt out) and that fixed those problems. if i have my lows "on" and fogs "off" it buzzes. so, when i have my lows "on", my fogs are "on" as well. there is another indicator in the switch, i don't know what it does (possibly as a resistor?). maybe that could somehow be the cause of my continued buzzing when all are "off", or the switch is worn so the current leaks through. i may take the switch apart and use some contact cleaner on it. i think this because the indicator has a dim illumination when fogs/headlights are "off". maybe someone else knows? oh, and i have my switch(jdm) wired the same as yours.

Everything done right, only thing is I had to short the switch to get them to work because I don't have a switch. But buzzing is still there. ARGH!
