Default h23a/h22rods-Crank?

I have an H23a block, I am gonna buy Darton Sleeves(that's ok), my concern comes in on the Rods I wanna get, they are for an H22, I called Eagle and they say simply call JE and have them customize the pistons by increasing the pin height by 1.145(because they are longer rods), other than that I forgot to ask if they would bolt on to the crankshaft(H23a). Next question I have is if I replace the crank all together to shorten the stroke(which I think is better for turbo), do I still have to get the custom pistons, I think not because now the stroke is shorter, needing the longer rod.
