Default Few Problems with 5th Gen...

Hi guys just replaced my 4th gen Vtec with a 2 litre 1997 5th gen but have a few problems with it unfortunately

1. There is a fairly loud whirring noise from the drivers side rear wheel very noticable at around 40 - 70MPH sounds like a wheel bearing has gone. I jacked it up and did the normal tests but there is no movent in it. Could it still be a possible wheel bearing fault??

2. Got lots of hesitation lower down at about 1500 - 3000 rpm. Had the car serviced, plugs where spot on, fuel filter replaced, oil and oil filter. Air filter was ok. Checked EGR valve for blockages. Spot on. Also changed 02 Sensory today but hesitation is still there. I took the dist cap off and the contacts have brown marks on them is this normal? What else can cause this. Im more familar with the h22a engine. It does seem to hesitate more when cold.

Cheers Rob
