factory o2 sensor angle

factory o2 sensor angle

Does it matter what angle the o2 sensor is sitting at in the exhaust pipe. I moved mine to a horizonal angle, before it was at a verticle angle. If anyone nows let me know.

It shouldnt really matter. However, if its sideways there is more of a chance of it getting snagged or broken if you bottom out.

Anywhere from 9 to 3 o'clock is fine just so water condensation can't get to it. It shortens O2 life.
