Balance shaft Removal??????s
Is removing the belt around the balance shafts equivalent to removing the balance shafts, and plugging in oil holes in the baffle? If not whats the difference in performance, between stock and removing the belt around the balance shafts and removing them completely?

Removing the belt. You will basically gain hp because you have lightened up the reciprocating parts.
Removing the balance shafts removes weight. I think It possibly might increase oil pressure when you put in the plugs. and removing all of the balancer shaft stuff can allow you to move the pulley inward and can free up much needed space for things on the h2b swaps and the h22 in crxs and civics.
1.So by disconnecting the belt you gain the hp by loosing the spinning parts.
2. You can remove the the balancers to remove weight. or to gain some space.

No, about 8 lbs. I would not pull the motor to remove them, just cut the belt.
