here's the deal, my 99 Prelude SH arrived on Friday and i noticed there was a problem w/ the factory stereo. everytime i put in a CD, burnt or bought, it won't read and gives me the error message and ejects the CD. will reseting the stereo get rid of this problem?

The optical lens on the CD player might just want a good clean, run a CD cleaning disc that you get for normal CD players through it a couple of times and see if it fixes it.

If that dosent work disconect the battary and conect it again i had to do that to my sisters RSX-S when i finished installing that CAI
