Default F22 Vtec

I found a F22 Vtec for sale locally and I'm thinking about picking it up.

F22 Vtec engine no exhaust or wiring $200obo

out of a 95 accord has 93k mi runs perfect... includes block/internals, head/internals, intake, exhaust, oil pan and valve cover

I'm considering picking it up, especially if I can get it for cheaper than $200.

I guess I'm just wanting to know how well it would fit in a 94' Prelude with SOHC F22. Would the power increasement be worth it? Would I need a motormount kit or anything?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
