Yeah, I'd kinda like to know this too, because there doesn't seem to be too many headers out there that specifically say if they fit the F22 Preludes.

i can't remember but the F22 prelude are SOHC VTEC, right? look at the cars the header fits on. if it says it will fit a 90-97 accord 4 cylinder SOHC VTEC F22, then you're good to go. the F22 in prelude is the same motor found in the 90-97 accord EX's, as long as they both have VTEC. if the preludes don't have VTEC, then you want the header designed for 90-97 accord SOHC F22 (NO VTEC!).

Save your money for a head and transmission swap or an entire engine swap. You will always be disappointed otherwise, especially with the Prelude S transmission.. Just my 2¢

The flanges are different too where the header meet up with the cat. Find out wich flange you have then buy the header. If im no mistaken i beleve you have the same flang as the 90-93 header pictured above.

The spacing of the exhuast ports is different too. on the 94-97 header the 2 center ones are close on the 90-93 there equal spaced.

Im saying make sure whatever you get fits. Pay close attention to the exhaust ports and the flange the hooks up to the cat.
