so hears my problem i have a 93 prelude with a H22 V-tec that i took out to put in my other prelude. Then some one gave me a F22 B2 SOHC with no wiring harness my question is, what all would i need for the hook up to put the F22 in the prelude or is it even possible...any help would be great

For starters I imagine you are going to need the computer for the F22, as it is a non-vtec so the computer will be different. I am not sure about the compatibility with your existing tranny though. I take it you have a 5-speed in the now.
