Default Euro r bore and Tb size conjunction

Im about to grab a euro r intake manifold . Before I make my order I need to know what size intake manifold bore I will most benefit . As of now I have a stock tb but plan on having it bored in the near future . My simple logic was based on the bigger is better theory however a little research has in a way spoiled it . What will work best now on a stock head (H22A) while leaving room for improvement with future mods cams, p&p ect ?
