Default Electrical problems, need help!

Here's what happened, I took my car to get my engine steam cleaned and the guys missplaced the wire that holds the hood up and when I took off, the vibration caused it to make contact with the battery to ground, the ecu got messed up, I got another one and the car is back to normal except for the following:
The tachometer is dead, the needle won't move at all.
Door lock switches won't work
Sunroof switch won't work, it makes noise when I push it up to close it but won't do anything when I press down to open it.
The reverse light won't work either.
I checked fuses and relays under the hood and inside the car, I also tried my brother's sunroof and lock switches cuz he's got the same car as mine, and still didn't work.
It's obviously and electrical problem but I gave up trying to fix it without any help before I take it to the dealer and pay a lot to get it fixed.

Yikes...if all the fuses are good I would start looking for fried wires. Check all the large battery wires and connectors and grounds you can find.

all these issues are connected to the fuse box under the hood. i would start by checking to see if any of the connections for the fuses are fried or connecting to eachother. you may need to replace the box itself.

Maybe those electrical modules are fried too.. Get a full wiring diagrams of those problems and trace them.

well I just bought a fuse box at e-bay for 18 bucks which is not bad, it should arrive soon, it really smells like something burnt in it, is there a website that shows electrical diagrams? I used to go to a trade school and they had some software where we could see any diagram of any car. I'll check the modules as a last step.

Why dont you hold the man who did this responsible and make him fix it, instead of you?
