so my dash, climate control, and tail lights decided to take a ****. i checked the interior light fuse and its all good. headlights work, turn signals work and high beams. i dont know know much about electrical stuff so could someone lead me in the right direction to figuring this out?

 

update: tail light fuse was blown to hell. looked melted. new fuse wont stay in and the lights still dont work.
