Default Electrical?

I own a 94 prelude SI, and the problem I am having might be electrical. every so often my car has trouble starting, when this happens the gauges do not come on and the power windows do not work, but the stereo does. after five or ten minutes of trying, the car does turn over, it starts up and and I have no trouble for a couple of days. If anyone has had this problem or knows what is wrong please let me know.

Thanks
JD

Sounds like the dreaded main relay 4th gen prelude problem. At the very least, pull your main relay and check all the soldier points on the board. 9 out of 10 this is your problem. As the relay ages the connection points start to crack, which causes this "sometimes i wanna start sometimes i dont" problem. Does it seem to happen more during hot or cold weather ?
