Chips are a waste of money. Usually they give you a tad bit more timing, a higher rev limit (which you probably dont need on your motor), and slightly adjust your fuel tables.
First of all it depends on what your motor is geared towards... N/A or FI. Then you have to keep in mind no two motors are the same, so they will require different ignition and fuel tables.
If you are running a stock car or slightly modded motor, keep your stock ecu and run a V-AFC. If you are looking at 200whp all motor or go FI, then I recommend hondata.
