ECU code 20
His car runs and drives fine, I did not hook up the knock sensor due to he was running no exhaust. It did not throw a code for knock sensor, kinda weird huh. I was going to run the wire once he got his exhaust put on. He got his exhaust on today, have not had time to check it out. Would vtec not kick in if any code is displayed? Then again he bought his ecu off ebay. It has no markings on it to tell me what ecu he is running. Man some people are just cheap.

I've never heard of v-tech before.
Maybe that is his problem? He is using a phone to run his car. Maybe he needs a new engine.... I've heard search engines are pretty good.

ELD=Electronic Load Detector (CEL 20)
Basically when you turn on you A/C, open sunroof, lock/unlock doors...etc, The ELD just sends a signal to the voltage reg to tell it to turn up the juice...
Not the most wonderful description..but you get the point.
By the way i've had a code 20 for like 2 years now and no problem...doesnt hurt anything.
