Default ecu chipping or reprogramming????

what are things i should look for, i heard u can have the speed governor taken off. and have things like the egr, and traction control programmed out.. + better vtec points and fuel and ignition curves.. whats the best way to do this? are there chips that do each and everything u want? or what? is this a DIY process? or do i have to send it somewhere? and if so. who to send it to? i hear hondata is good...

oh ya.. i have a jdm p13 4ws...

Hondata can't reprogram P13s, you need something like techtom tools.

I think your best bet is to pick up a JDM chip, spoon I believe? It may disable the codes and will have a good fuel/timing program. I beleive 4bidden on the board hyas a Spoon ECU, so the chip copy will be similar, maybe he could tell you what it does for codes.
