ECU ?
I don't see how you are going to do that with the Auto ECU in there... The ECU and the TCM feed each other... so I'm thinking that playing with the OBD II ECU will probably screw up the car's ability to shift in automatic or sportshift modes.

nope hes right. the AT control unit is located in the ecm on obd2.

The tranny computer is not located instide the ecu, but you still cannot do an ecu swap. The tranny computer is seperate from the ecu but they are tied by two data wires. The tranny computer will not work without the stock ecu in place.
