it was a dynojet 248. and yes it was with my hondata.check sig for mods!
i thought 177 whp wasnt bad.
-also now i need to decide between:
drag kit on stock internals.
some nicer headers and supercharger (jackson) w/ stock internals.
or just do some cams, with gears and a valvetrain, and if i can find an Intake Mani.
anyone want to help me decide...

If your looking to continue to mod, the first easy upgrade is the AEM pulley set. You'll free up approx. 5hp/5lbs tq. After that, get some Crower Stage 2 cams with their springs/retainers and with your Hondata retuned, you'll probably be pushing real close if not over 200whp.

thats if he wants to go NA. He needs to tell us what kind of hp goal he wants. If he wants big hp then i say go with the turbo setup.
F$%* it....i say go turbo

Depends what kind of engine you like, not just what horsepower number you want.
If you want to stay n/a, never mind all this 200 hp ****, beef up the bottom end, get stg 3 cams and a p&p'd head, 12:1 pistons, and go looking for 230-240 whp. If punched-out B18's can do it, I'm sure a properly built H22 can as well.

Hmm thats wierd i made 178.4 and 154.6 torque. I wonder why i made 10 more torque then you. Maybe the pullies and no ps did it hmm just wondering.

the thing is im not planning on sleeving the motor so forged pistons is outta the question. but i was thinking of a bol-on turbo kit. I think i read i can be around 240+ with the drag kit @ 7psi, which they say is completely reliable. i mean of course i would love to be @ 300+whp but its not a necessity. also im scarred of which shop to go to0. i mean i cant blow my motor up due to bad install, and dish out money to fix it. but im leaning more towards the drag kit. i think i can get it from modacar.com for $2995. any one want to disagree and make me choose somethin else. i wouldnt mind supercharger or n/a but either way its stock bottom end. maybe just type-s pistons.

Go ahead and boost your prelude without sleeving. I'm sure we will see a thread here on down the road on how you did your ringlands in! Bro save yourself some time and money and do it right the first time. If you build your block and have good cams and headwork you'll put 240 to the wheels or close anyways without turbo!
