is there a ground inside the door itself? sounds strange that you replaced the switch and fuse . that would lead me to believe that the door lock motor and window motor failed at the same time. thats seems unlikely as well, thats why i was wondering about a ground.

Did they both quit at the same time? You need to get a volt meter or test light in there to see where you are losing power. I don't think they would have a ground in the door, but i have never had my door panel off so i am not 100% on that. I would think that the ground would be on the chassis.

might be the connector from the inside of the car to the door harness.

i looked inside the door panel and found what looked to me like water/rust, could it be that they left the window cracked and rain fried the wiring? i bought the car with that problem already, whats got me trippin is that the driver side window works and the switch on the passenger door window works, but on the driver main switch i cant control the passenger window or door lock switch! so i have to reach over to roll down the passenger door window and auto lock switch..so right off the bat it cant be the power window relay right?

if you can source another lock actuator, try hooking it up in place of the one thats on your door. that will tel you everything. if it works, then your guess is right, water. but I have to say, I have been without the upper door molding on my driver side door for a few years now and water literally pours in and and I have no troubles. I guess if it got directly into the harness, it might have shorted those components out.keep us updated.

It's the Multiplex unit that's gone bad. Honda used a control unit or computer for the door actuators. If you have any electronics skills, simply remove the unit, it's located under the dash, and repair it by resoldering the terminals/contacts. The units are no. 12 & 13, in the attached link.
