Default DOT Approved Headers?

Are there any DOT approved headers for the Prelude Type-SH? I want to get as much power as I can out of my car without having to deal with smog leagal issues.

I'm also interested in information about how far I can go with my car before it becomes non-smog-legal.

I don't mind having to swap my ECU back to OEM and down tuning my Air/Fuel ratio controller to pass smog. I'll just put it back up right after.

I wanna know what I can do to my car. I know that you can still pass smog with the skunk2 cams but not the stage 2 cams.

AM I able to get higher compression pistons and still pass smog? Say upping my 11:1 pistons to 12:1 or 12.5:1? Does it make a difference in smog?

Do valves make a difference in smog? I was planning to get forged valves, titanium valvesprings, and titanium retainers. Those things shouldn't up my smog right?

How about if I get larger valves, port and polish the head, and bore out the pistons?

Do aftermarket intake manifolds cause smog problems and would it pass a visual inspection?

Aftermarket fuel injectors should pass the visual inpection right? Would it cause smog issues also?

Any DOT approved fuel rails?

Anything else I'm missing?

Thanks for reading. Peace.

smsp headers should also pass emission, as long as the catalyic is in place doing its job.

passing emissions and CARB approval are two differnet things.....
AIRMASS headers have a CARB EO number.
there is a CARB EO number fo a comptech header
DC has a CARB EO number for their header.
Greddy has an EO for their header
Hooker acutally has a CARB EO for 88-99 prelude headers
hell even pacesetter has a CARB EO for their lude header
