does anyone know were i can buy a rebuilt rack and pinion for 4th gen lude plz reply back asap

sorry.....just tired of the hard vibration going 60-65mph and having to keep buy new left front tires my machanic said my rack and pinion is bad and also my tie rods i got the tie rods but all i need is the rack and pinion and i dont feel like spending 350-500 for a new one sorry for the same threads

 

Replace your tie rods (inner and outer if that's what you need) then get an alignment and go from there. I don't think I have personally ever heard of the rack going bad...not saying it's not possible, just rare. Did you let it get too low on fluid or something?

I am sure you could find a used one for WAY less than $350-500.
