do you ??
running some injector cleaner during every tune up or couple months dosnt hurt. There really is no way to tell if it actuall works but its a cheap thing to do and it cant hurt. So I would say it makes some sense. I do it with every tune up.
I don't think that stuff they sell to add in your tank works. I have used professional kits though. They actually work very well. Basically you disable your fuel pump and run the car off of solvent.
at pepboys they have a injector/throttle body cleaning that works real good. But I also have used the fuel injector cleaner that you put in your tank, didn't notice anything special. I have seen the injector/throttle body cleaning and that really works.

Thats the best way - that stuff is extreemly potent.. but the stuff you poor into your tank does make a difference when you go for an sniff-test.
TB Cleaner spray and some FI cleaner cost very little.. along with a professional clean and you can be sure that everything is much cleaner then it used to be!

My friend (owns a shop) has a cheaper and more crude kit that runs your motor on it's own fuel/cleaner supply. He uses this stuff that you'll never find at your everyday supplier and it has lots of health warnings on it. The more warnings, the better - thats what i say!
