Default Distributor question.

I was in need of a distributor for my 96 H22 (internal coil) and i came across a 90 accord distributor (internal coil too.) I was wondering if i take the guts out of the accord distributor and put it into the prelude housing....will it work????

yeah, I'm swapping the guts from an f22a external coil (4th gen prelude S) and putting them into a JDM h22a internal coil type.. I was surprised when I took them apart, they have very similar castings on the inside, and use the same sized cap. it's no problem at all.
