Default Distributor help

I have a JDM H23A blue top in a 2000 Prelude. I bought it from a guy that said it runs but he is full of ****. My fault for believing him. I'm new to all this computer changing and distributor swapping and I can not find anything that help. I hear I need a OBD1 h23 usdm distributor with external coil and a p28 computer. The guy had a p28 computer but it needs work. Going to order an new one once I know the car runs. I hear you can us the stock h22 computer and it will run. Just not at full performance. My question is what distributor do I need. I would need to change my oil pump to add the crank sensor if I wanted to keep it OBD2. Not wanting to change my oil pump. I hear the OBD1 distributors have all three sensors in them. I would need a rywire harness or make one myself. No problem buying a new distributor. Just do not want to buy the wrong on. Any help from anyone? What distributor do I need to make the car run?

-ignition coil
-oil pump
-crank sensors
-motor harness

No need for any extra wiring or special ecu. If you swapped these parts over, car would run normal.
