Default the difference between sh and base model motor?

i have 2 h22a4 in my garage and was wonderinghow i could tell which one is an sh and which one is a base model, i want to keep the base one but confused on which one is what. the most noticable difference between the 2 is the oil filter is in di fferent place(1 its in the middle of the block and the other is closer to the timing belt side) any help would be appreciated
