Default Dent fixable?

Over the summer i got a bad dent in my hood from what i think was a shopping cart while i was working at Costco.

Is there a way i could get this out that you guys know of? No paint damage just the dent...

There are companies that do "Paintless Dent Repair" that could knock that out easily in no time. I had a dent on my pillar, and I thought there would be NO WAY they could get back behind it and work the metal, but they have some amazing metal working tools and skills!

I think I only paid like $40 for the one I had on my car...

HTH

the paint less dent removal works as long as the metal was not stretched. i had a shoping cart hit my door right were there is a suport beam and it streched the metal so the paintless dent removal guy couldnt fix mine. its worth a shot have one of those guys come out and look at it and see what they say if they cant fix it u dont have to pay ****. at least i didnt
