dc sport header, creamic or polished?

dc sport header, creamic or polished?
heard lots of different things w/ these, just wonderin if they were good for the price, and should i pay the extra for the polished? i heard some stories about the creamic foaming up and stuff...is it a good buy (for the money)?

Get the polished, it looks better and last longer than the CC.
I've had the CC and that thing started oxidizing ( looked like rust spots ) after like a year on my prelude.

You live out west. You rarely see snow, if any. Over hear on the east, we get 3-4 snow storms every winter.
So when it snows, the roads get salted.

I have had the polished for about a week. They are probably better if you use a cat. Reason is that the cat produces some condensation, and since the CC ones are made of mild steel, the insides will rust. My friend had the CC for about a week, noticed the rust, and instantly went cat-less

ight thanks, yea i suppose ill spend the extra 70 or so to make sure no problems... thanks fellas

The flanges on both the SS and CC versions are made of mild steel. Only the piping on the SS version are actual stainless, which means the flanges are exposed mild steel, which is much more prone to rust than the ceramic coated flanges on the CC version, even though the entire CC version is mild steel.
