you're an internet racer dick, not everybody wants to buy a super expensive header that you need to notch your crossmember for and/or a header that'll crack because no flex pipe is included. your post is useless.

the 4-2-1 is better i think because the h22 is not a high revving motor and is not designed for peaky horsepower (which the 4-1 emphasizes). the 4-2-1 is better because it'll give you more mid range than the 4-1 will give you top end.

The SMSP does not require notching of the crossmember and uses a donut gasket instead of a flex pipe. Due to the negative flow charateristics of flex pipes.

Trust me the SMSP will not crack, i had a nasty encounter with a speed bump and the header did NOT crack.

Just wanted to clear that up.

BTW, 4-2-1 for h22 = , IMO

Also, 4-2-1's provide more clearance because its not one solid peice. If you do decide to get a DC, i would suggest you mod the collector to a 2.5 inch or your efforts are FUTILE! Or just get a prospeed, smsp, hytech so on and so forth .
