USDM Preludes don't have a speed limiter. You can take it to the rev limiter in 5th gear if you want.

If you had a JDM ecu your speed limiter is 118mph or so.

Well, why do you want to go that fast anyways?

Anyways, JDM ecus have a speed governor, all else I believe do not.

Can anyone confirm on the EDM ecus?
