Default a couple questions...

hey i am about to have my ecu rechipped because the v-tec kicks in at 4200 rpms.

I was just wondering what everyone else would recomend i set it at. i was thinking 5700 rpm. the motor is a Euro R head on a 91-95 jdm h22a block and redline at 7600.

my other ? is at what temp on the temp guage does the radiator fan usually come on at? i just finished my swap and don't want the car to over heat. it hasn't gone above half on the gauge, but the fan hasn't come on yet. it is a 4th gen lude so the temp gauge is not exaclty an accurate read...

It all depends on your set up. I have a built head and mine is set at 5200.

well there are two radiator fan switches. These are the temps that they activate at.
ECT switch A - 198-208 F
ECT switch B - 217-228 F
