Default Cold Valves?

I recently got a valve adjustment from Honda. Since then when I start the car in the morning, I hear like metal is rattling under the valve cover. This is from the right side of the vavle cover. The dealer told me that this is a common problem with hondas (cold valves). Are they just screwin me over?

It's very common - there is nothing wrong with a little valve noise on a cold morning --> right when you start up the car.

as long as it goes away in a few minutes, one the cars warms up a little. I ran 15-40w in my old motor (it was tired) and it would make a lot of noise at startup untill that thicker oil hit the head
