swapped a h22 into a non vtec luda.
just got a ecu chipped for the car and i got no vtec and code 21.
checked solonoid with 12v and it works.
followed wire to ecu pin a4 and there is continuity all the way.
any suggestions will help.

 

do you have a oil pressure sensor it should be under the soilnode it goes to the ecu it call VTM you need to have that so the vtec to work

 

VTEC issues all over the search archives my friend, not just here in the lude section either, homework time, low oil, dirty VTEC ports and lots of troubleshooting ideas with just a simple volt meter.
