I have a 99 lude that has been converted to m/t before I got it. Recently my pedal went to the floor and I realized that the back of the bracket had brocken from the welds, however they were not factory welds. Upon further inspection of the assembly and the metal spacers used for the studs coming through the firewall, I know its not factory. Where the bracket came from i'm not sure. I have fixed the welds and installed everything how it was. It works but my clutch doesn't engage until the top of the pedal (about an inch from the top). It is too high for me and want to make everything factory.

I want to know if anyone who has a manual 97-01 lude can take a pic of their clutch pedal and bracket from under the dash. This would help me alot and will tell me what I might be missing or don't need.

 

there should b an adjuster nut where the master cylinder attaches to the petal. tighten that and the clutch will engage sooner. sorry bruh but i dont have a pic.
